This lunchtime workshop will provide support in taking charge of your health and acquiring ways to reduce your risk of disease. Topics to be covered include:

Knowing Your Numbers/Healthcare Consumerism
Nutrition Strategies
Exercise Essentials
Practicing Emotional Balance
Eliminating Tobacco from Your Life

Registration is required for this workshop, whether you choose to attend in Heer Hall, Room 107, on the Kent Campus or via remote streaming.

Many campuses have reserved a designated room to enable employees to watch the live stream together. We hope you will join the workshop in whichever manner you choose.

Please take note of the following important information regarding your 2024 Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

2024-2025 December/January Holiday Schedule

��Vlog's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. More information on the holiday schedule, including how employees should report time during that period, will be available later this month.
